Rajeev Sinha

Rajeev Sinha is the CEO and Co-founder of Onlygood.ai, with over a decade of experience in corporate leadership and entrepreneurship. An engineer from BITS and an MBA from MDI, Gurugram, he has led business transformation projects at PwC and IBM. Rajeev’s entrepreneurial ventures include Vanca in fashion retail, Reset Planet for water and plant diversity, and active involvement in Shiksha Prayas for education. A fitness enthusiast and avid sportsperson, he has completed several marathons and enjoys hiking, cycling, badminton, and table tennis.

Anju Singh

Anju Singh is a seasoned fashion designer with over 20 years of experience in the garment and fashion industry, having collaborated with leading Scandinavian brands and specializing in women’s wear. Admired for her expertise in design and trend forecasting, she is equally passionate about holistic well-being, embracing yoga, cycling, and hiking, and often participating in long yoga retreats. Beyond her profession, Anju loves traveling and dreams of opening an orphanage in the future to give back to society.

Pawan Kamra

Pawan Kamra is a Director at Fidelity Investments, USA, and an experienced IT professional with a career spanning organizations like NTT DATA and HCL Technologies. He is a Founding Member of Shiksha Prayas, which he and his wife Sangeeta Kamra started in Gurgaon in 1999, and later co-founded Shiksha Prayas Inc. in the US, where he serves as a Board Member. Passionate about the outdoors, Pawan enjoys cycling, hiking, and yoga, and has completed treks including Everest Base Camp, the Grand Canyon, and winter backpacking in the Smoky Mountains, USA.

Ajay Tomar

Ajay Tomar is a Go-To-Market Executive at Suse Inc., New Jersey, USA, with decades of experience in technology sales, having worked with global brands including Oracle, Wipro, RedHat (IBM), Smartsheet, and Suse Inc. He also serves as the Treasurer of Shiksha Prayas USA, contributing his expertise to support the organization’s mission. Passionate about uplifting others, Ajay enjoys exploring historical places, cooking diverse cuisines, and playing golf in his free time.

Deepak Pai

Deepak Pai brings extensive expertise and commitment to Shiksha Prayas, serving as Treasurer and ensuring the organization’s resources support its educational initiatives. Known for his collaborative approach, he is passionate about creating social impact, fostering learning opportunities, and empowering underprivileged children. Deepak actively builds connections, supports community programs, and contributes to the growth and long-term vision of Shiksha Prayas.

Jones Mathew

Dr. Mathew, Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi, has over 18 years of corporate experience with companies like HCL, MECON, Yonex, and Reebok. For the past 12 years, he has been a Professor of Marketing, specializing in brand management, sales, and services marketing. A published author and award-winning case writer, he has contributed to Harvard, Ivey, IMD Lausanne, and written for outlets such as The Economic Times and Forbes. At Great Lakes Institute of Management, Gurgaon, he heads the Marketing Area and leads TEDx GLIM Gurgaon.

Shiksha Prayas

Shiksha Prayas is a 24-year-old non-profit organization committed to empowering underprivileged children in Haryana through quality educational support. Operating from four learning centers located in Kanhai, Taraori, Siwan, and Polar, we offer free tuition—from Grades 4 to 10—tailored to help government school students bridge learning gaps and stay on track with mainstream education. Over the years, our initiatives & endeavours have positively impacted the lives of more than 3,500 students.
